Screen Printing
We have an amazing design staff that can help you create the design that is perfect for your needs. We make sure the artwork is setup in a vector format so the print is crisp and clear.

Once the artwork is complete we burn the screens. A screen is needed for each color in the design. Once the item is ready for pressing, add ink to the top of the screen, and use a squeegee to spread the ink properly all over the screen. This step is crucial to be done perfectly since the ink must go through the open areas of the stencil. After the ink is applied the shirt is placed on a conveyer belt to dry, then it is packaged and shipped out to the customer.
